1957 Control of the company was acquired by a group of investors from Dodd Investment of Oldham for a "nominal sum"; American MonoRail Company retained 20 percent of the shares in the company in return for full cooperation including drawings, patents, etc

1959 Acquired by William Morris Company of Oldham.

1961 Opened a subsidiary in South Africa with intention of building a factory

1974 A -ton SWL fully flameproofed monorail system used at Crompton Parkinson.

The large building to the left is the Monorail property.
